Nifty created a new ‘All Time High’ today and made 22186 as the highest point. If the Nifty breaks the 22120-130 zone, it is considered a breakout. But India VIX is above 16 now. ‘Breakout with a fear in mind’; that is why we didn’t see short covering today. Global markets, especially Nasdaq futures, trade in a narrow range. That is also a reason for the weak breakout. For the last 3 days, day candles made Dojis. Harmonic ABCD pattern on the daily chart of Nifty shows 22500 as target. Pattern is valid if the daily candle closes above 22150. 22000-22030 will act as the important support zone. Below 22000, we may see a fall considering the impact of the general election in 2024.
