An inverted head and shoulder pattern has formed on the hourly chart of Nifty with 22080 as the base; it is positive for the market. 22030 to 22150 can be considered as a buffer zone in Nifty. Nifty’s targets above 22150 are 22280 and 22410. 22410 is the target of the above mentioned inverted head and shoulder pattern. 22000 – 22030 is a support zone. If Nifty goes below that support zone, it can come back up to 21930 and 21860. Considering the trend in MidCap Nifty, inverted head and shoulder pattern in Nifty should be taken into account and plan the trades based on that.

Bank Nifty Future
Bank Nifty futures is not showing a definite trend right now. We can consider that Bank Nifty future is in the ‘flag phase’ of a flag and pole pattern during this downtrend. 46900 is the main support for Bank Nifty future. On the upper side, targets 47200 and 47400 can be considered. The point 47400 is the Fibonacci 0.618 retracement of the current downtrend.46900 is a break and the next support is 46600.
