Nifty50
As I mentioned in the last few days, Nifty reached 22030 and created a new ‘All Time High’ at 22126. Harmonic ABCD pattern target was near 22050 and it is known as ‘PRZ’ – Potential Reversal Zone. Whenever an index reaches a PRZ, it might be rejected quickly from the resistance and a sharp profit booking can be seen. This happened last Friday as well as on 30-Jan-2024 when Nifty was rejected from the Harmonic XABCD pattern’s PRZ.
Now the Q3 results are out for SBI and Tata Motors. SBI result created mixed sentiments while Tata Motors rose to the expectations. Nifty retested the important support 21840 which was the main resistance earlier. As far as global markets are concerned, they showed upward momentum. 21650 is the most important support for Nifty in the higher time frames. Need to wait the first 30-45 minutes on 05-02-2024 to get a clear picture about the market.

Bank Nifty Future
Bank Nifty Future almost reached the 700 points target from 46500 to 47150 which was expected in the previous analysis. But Bank Nifty failed to sustain the gains and reversed from the top. Bank Nifty Future has fallen 1000 points from the top and settled near 46200. Need to check whether it breaks 46000 or takes support from 46100.
