Global markets also remain positive. In IT stocks, however, we did not see the same trend. Health sector stocks tend to fall when the Nifty rises which happened today too. All the banks, especially ICICI, HDFC Bank and SBI, performed well. Same trend was visible in the NBFC sector also. Bank Nifty played a major role in raising the Nifty today. Opinion polls, economic news, words from the dignitaries\u00a0 like Bill Gates etc. contributed to the sharp rise of the market.
